Diversity & Inclusion

I just read a 3 minute blog post and decided I would share and ask a question.

The article didn’t address age, but diversity and inclusion should consider anything of significance. A recent discussion at work regarding telework, training, and development revealed generational biases.

A quick look at the working groups, board of directors, panels, etc. shows a group conspicuously missing … our new talent aka our future. What can we do to get participation and representation from the group that is going to have to implement any initiative?

Here’s the post:

At the Air Force Contracting World Wide Training Summit, Air Force Contracting leadership said they were looking for members from across the community (including different ranks & backgrounds) to be a part of the different working groups. I haven’t seen the final working group member lists to know if they were successful.
