This post is really more discussion than a list of actual questions. I want to talk about hiring and how we can help ourselves in that arena.

How much thought is put into developing interview questions and sound interview processes? If you look back, how have your hires worked out? Did you get what you expected or something else (regardless if it’s better or worse)?

Hiring, outside of referrals, is largely a decision based on past professional and personal experiences; how to you mine the meaningful predicitive or discriminatory experiences?

Any known best practices, innovations, etc.?
